A thorough 90-minute session covering your symptoms, history, diet, lifestyle, and health goals. Ellie will conduct a clinical assessment and discuss all treatment options with you.

Your personalised prescription

A bespoke herbal prescription, prepared fresh and posted to your door, or collected from Caerphilly. Follow-up appointments track your progress and refine your treatment over time.

Ongoing support

Herbal medicine works over time. Regular follow-ups allow Ellie to refine your prescription as your health evolves, ensuring your treatment continues to work for you.

Do I need a GP referral? +

No referral is needed. You can book directly. Herbal medicine is a complementary therapy, you can use it alongside conventional medical care, and Ellie will always work alongside, not instead of, your GP when needed.

Are online consultations as thorough as in person? +

Online consultations are just as thorough as in-person appointments - Ellie works with clients across the UK entirely via video call with great results. That said, if you're local to Caerphilly and able to come in, there's a real value to meeting in person at least once. Face to face appointments allow for hands on assessments, where appropriate, which can be beneficial when prescribing treatment plans. Many clients choose to start in person and continue online, the choice is always yours.

How soon will I see results? +

Acute conditions often improve after one treatment. For chronic, long-standing conditions, most people begin to notice meaningful change within three months of starting treatment, though this varies depending on the condition and individual.

Can herbal medicine interact with my medication? +

Some herbs can interact with pharmaceutical medicines. This is one of the key reasons it's important to consult a qualified, NIMH-registered herbalist rather than self-prescribing. Ellie will always review your medications and ensure your prescription is safe.

What happens if I can't afford any of the tiers? +

Please get in touch. Financial hardship should never be a barrier to care. Ellie will do her best to find a way to help.
