Delivery & Returns

Every order is packed with care in South Wales and sent directly to you.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and sent within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Where your order is sent with tracking, your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

  • Standard delivery: £4.50
  • Free delivery on orders over £25
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order is on its way.

We currently post to UK addresses only. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and contain natural ingredients, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's a problem with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once the return is agreed. We'll cover return postage for damaged or incorrect items.

Your consumer rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. Please contact us within this period to arrange a return.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order doesn't meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
